		<description>A good point you make on just in time provisioning, I would suspect most service providers would not want to link its federation or provisioning service directly so this could be a stepping stone.</description>

Enterprises, large or small, who are utilizing SaaS or a service provider should strive for a tight deprovisioning process, especially if they outsource IT functions or retain even moderately critical data outside the firewall (SFA,CRM,HR).
